Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Bazma. We aim to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before submitting a return request.

Eligibility for Returns

Most products purchased from Bazma are eligible for return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. A return fee of 1 KWD applies to each return request.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in new, unused condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • All original parts, accessories, labels, and documentation must be included.
  • The product must be in a resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Underwear
  • Perfumes
  • Cosmetic and beauty products

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, our Customer Service team will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on compliance with our policy.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 10 calendar days.
  • Refunds will be processed excluding original shipping fees.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise stated.

Return Fees

A return handling fee of 1 KWD will be deducted for each return request.

Important Notes

  • Bazma reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
  • Any item returned in damaged or used condition will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
